Ending a Campaign

You may decide to end a campaign once you have finished hiring or if your strategy changes and the campaign is no longer relevant. Ending a campaign prevents new influencer applications from coming in, which helps you stay organized and ensures that only your active campaigns are visible to influencers.


Some common reasons to end a campaign include:


  • You have already met your hiring needs and no longer want to receive new applications.
  • Your strategy has changed, and the campaign no longer aligns with your goals.


How to End a Campaign


1. Go to Your Campaign Dashboard


  • Log in to your brand account.
  • From the navigation menu, click Campaigns.
  • Select the campaign you want to end.


2. End the Campaign


  • On the campaign page, click End Campaign.
  • Confirm your choice when prompted.
  • Once ended, new influencers will no longer be able to apply.


3. Review Remaining Applications


  • Applications submitted before ending the campaign will remain in your dashboard.
  • You can still accept, decline, or message these influencers as usual.


4. Future Campaigns


  • If you want to run a similar campaign later, you can duplicate the ended campaign or create a new one.

Can I reopen a campaign after ending it?

No, ended campaigns cannot be reopened. However, you can duplicate or create a new campaign using the same details. Reach out to your account manager if your campaign ended unexpectedly.


Why did my campaign end?

A campaign will remain live until you either close it manually or reach the deadline date you set.


In some cases, campaigns may automatically end if the number of requested influencers has already been filled, and there is no activity from you (such as accepting or declining applicants). To keep your campaign active and continue receiving new applicants, make sure to regularly accept or decline influencers as they apply.


What happens to influencers who already applied once my campaign ends?

Their applications remain visible in the campaign, and you can still accept, decline, or message them.


Will ending a campaign affect my current collaborations?

No, any accepted collaborations or ongoing orders will remain active even after you end the campaign.
