How to Cancel or Pause Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from your Collabstr account settings. This article provides the steps to cancel or pause your subscription.


Cancel or Pause Your Subscription


  • Log in to your Collabstr account.
  • Click on the menu icon (three horizontal bars) in the top-right corner of your profile.
  • Select Account.
  • Under the Payment section, go to Subscription. Here you will see your subscription details.
  • Choose one of the following options:


Cancel: To permanently cancel your subscription.


Pause: To temporarily pause your subscription for a set time period.


When You Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You can still access your campaigns, campaign applicants, and active orders.
  • You can still hire and chat with campaign applicants until the end of your billing cycle.


When You Pause Your Subscription:

  • You can select how long to pause your subscription.
  • You will retain access to the subscription features until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Billing will automatically resume once your pause period ends.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription anytime by going back to your account settings and selecting a new plan.


What happens if I cancel my subscription in the middle of a billing cycle?

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again once it expires.


What happens if I pause my subscription during an active campaign?

Your ongoing campaigns and creator applications will remain active, but you will not be able to launch new campaigns until your subscription resumes.


Can I pause my subscription indefinitely?

No, you must select a specific pause period. After that period, billing resumes automatically.


Can I change my subscription plan instead of canceling or pausing?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in the Subscription section under Account settings.


Will I be refunded if I cancel my subscription early?

No. Collabstr does not issue refunds for unused time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.


Can I pause my subscription more than once?

Yes. You can pause again in the future, as long as your subscription is active.


Will I still be able to message creators after canceling my subscription?

Yes, you will retain access to all of your subscription features until your billing cycle is finished. Once your billing cycle ends, you will lose access to campaign responses and the ability to message creators from your campaigns.


What happens to my saved campaigns if I cancel?

Your campaigns will remain saved in your account, but you will need an active subscription to launch or manage them.


How do overdue payments work?

If your subscription payment fails, your subscription will be automatically cancelled until the balance is cleared. Our system will continue to retry collecting payment for any overdue invoices.


Why was I charged after cancelling my subscription?

You may have had an overdue invoice from when your subscription was active. Our payment processor will automatically collect outstanding amounts, even after cancellation.
