How to Duplicate a Campaign

Duplicating a campaign allows you to quickly copy the details from an existing campaign without starting from scratch. This is useful if you are running similar campaigns or want to reuse a past campaign with slight adjustments.

Steps to Duplicate a Campaign:

1. Log in to your Collabstr brand account.
2. At the top of your profile, click on the Campaigns tab.
3. Find the posted campaign you want to duplicate.
4. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of that campaign.
5. Click ‘Duplicate’
6. Your campaign will now appear in the Drafts tab as “Copy of [Campaign Name]”.
7. To proceed with posting the duplicated campaign to influencers, open the duplicated campaign and:

• Rename the campaign.
• Click Continue and add a title for creators.
• Add a description of the product or service you are promoting.
• Set content requirements and select all that apply.
• Add any images or video samples.
• Upload any additional details needed.

8. Once you’re done editing, click Post Campaign.

Your campaign will now be visible to creators, and you can also manually invite creators you want to work with.

• Where can I find my duplicated campaign?

All duplicated campaigns will appear in the Drafts tab until you finish editing and post them.

• Can I edit a duplicated campaign before posting?

Yes. You can edit all campaign details including the title, description, requirements, and media before publishing it.

• Does duplicating a campaign copy the creators who applied to the original campaign?

No. Only the campaign details are copied. You will need to manually invite creators to the new campaign.

• Can I duplicate a draft campaign or only posted campaigns?

You can only duplicate posted campaigns. Drafts must be completed and posted before they can be duplicated.

• Can I delete a duplicated campaign if I no longer need it?

Yes. You can delete it at any time once you open it.
