How to Modify Order Price

Sometimes, the cost of an order may need to be adjusted after it has been created. This can happen if the scope of work changes, if new deliverables are added, or if an influencer proposes different pricing. Collabstr allows you to securely update an order price without leaving the platform.

Update the Price of an Order

1. Open the Order

• Go to your orders dashboard.
• Select the order you want to update.
• You can only update the price if the order is in a Pending or In-Progress state.
• On the right-hand side of the order details section, click Modify Price.

2. Modify the Price

• Enter the new order price.
• Since brands are the ones paying, the change takes effect immediately.
• You will be automatically charged the difference, which is added to escrow along with your existing funds.

3. Continue the Order

• Once the update is complete, the order continues under the new price.

FAQ

Can I reject a price modification request from an influencer?

Yes. If an influencer proposes a new price, you are not obligated to accept changes if you don’t agree with the new terms.

Can I lower the price of an order?

No. At this time, you can only increase the order price.
