Join as a Creator

Creator accounts are for influencers who want to join Collabstr as sellers on the marketplace. As a Creator, you can connect with brands and get paid for collaborations. It is free to join. After signing up, you must complete your profile so it can be listed on the marketplace. Brands will view your profile when considering you for campaigns, so make sure it is complete and professional.

Profiles go through a review process to verify identity and quality. Not all applications are approved.

Before You Begin

You must sign up and create your Collabstr creator profile before you can receive paid orders from brands. A completed profile increases your chances of being discovered and booked.

Sign-Up Instructions

1. Go to https://collabstr.com/creator
2. Enter your desired username and click Claim
3. Download the Collabstr mobile app to finish the signup process:

4. Open the app and follow the prompts to set up your account

• Upload clear, high-quality profile and cover images
• Write a detailed and engaging profile title and description
• Add examples of past content
• Fill out all optional fields to improve your visibility in search results

FAQs

I didn’t get the verification email

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
• If you find the email there, mark it as safe or whitelist emails from @collabstr.com to ensure you receive future updates about your orders.
• If you still do not see the code, request a new one from the signup page.

How much does it cost to sign up as a creator?

It is free to join Collabstr as a creator.

Why does Collabstr ask for my credit card when signing up as a creator?

We require a credit card to verify your identity and keep the marketplace safe. Brands often send creators valuable products through Collabstr, and by having a card on file, we can hold bad actors accountable if they take products without delivering the promised content.

Your card is not charged during signup or normal platform use. However, it may be charged if you violate our policies (for example, by accepting products and failing to deliver content).

Can I switch from a creator account to a brand account?

No. You need to delete your creator account before you can create a brand account with that same email.

How can I delete my creator account?

To delete your creator account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account > Settings > Delete Account

Please note:

• You cannot delete your account if you have any active orders. All orders must be closed before deletion.

I’m an agency representing multiple creators. Can I onboard all of them to Collabstr?

Yes. Agencies can onboard their creators the same way individual creators sign up at collabstr.com/creator. Each creator will need their own account. At this time, there isn’t a separate portal for agencies or talent managers.

I deleted my creator account, but I’m still seeing my images on Google.

When you delete your account, your images are removed from Collabstr right away, but Google may take some time to update its search results. This process can take up to 3 weeks. If your images are still showing after that time, please contact us and we’ll help you resolve it.
