Managing Campaign Applicants

When you run a campaign on Collabstr, influencers can apply by submitting an application. Managing these applications helps you find the right influencers for your brand and keep your campaign organized.

Viewing Applications

1. Log in to your brand account.
2. From the navigation menu, click Campaigns.
3. Select the campaign you want to review.
4. Go to the View Applicants tab to see a list of influencers who have applied.

You’ll be able to see each influencer’s profile, rates, and any details they included in their application.

Managing Applications

After reviewing an application, you can take the following actions:

• Accept – Approve the influencer to move forward with the collaboration. Once accepted, the order amount will be charged to you and placed in escrow. You can then manage the collaboration through the one-to-one chat in the orders dashboard.
• Decline – Remove the influencer from consideration. They will not be notified when you decline them.
• Message – Start a conversation with the influencer to ask questions, clarify details, or negotiate pricing. Influencers can adjust their application price if needed.

Sorting Applicants

To make reviewing easier, you can sort applicants by:

• Price: Low to High
• Price: High to Low
• Followers: Low to High
• Followers: High to Low

This helps you quickly identify the most relevant applicants for your campaign.

Tips for Managing Applicants

• Keep your list organized by declining applicants you’re not interested in. This reduces clutter and helps you focus on strong candidates. It also signals to the Collabstr algorithm the types of influencers you prefer, which helps improve future applicant recommendations.
• Respond promptly so applicants know where they stand and you can secure the best talent quickly.

Do influencers know if I decline their application?

No. Influencers are not notified if you decline their application. This will simply remove them from your applicant queue.

Can I negotiate the price of an application?

Yes. You can message the influencer directly and ask them to adjust their application price.

What happens when I accept an application?

The order amount is immediately charged and placed in escrow. You can then communicate with the influencer through the orders dashboard.

Can I re-open a declined application?

No. Once you decline an application, you cannot undo the action.

How do I ensure I get more relevant applicants?

Decline applicants who are not a good fit and engage with the ones that are. This helps the Collabstr algorithm send you more suitable influencers.
