Managing Content Submissions & Revisions

Once you’ve placed an order, influencers upload their content submissions directly to Collabstr for your review. As a brand, you can either approve the submission or request revisions if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Payment is only released once you are satisfied with the final deliverables.

Reviewing Content Submissions

When an influencer submits content for your order, you’ll receive an email notification. You have 72 hours to review the submission and request revisions before it is automatically approved and the order is closed.

1. Access Content Submissions

• Go to your Orders Dashboard.
• Select the order you want to review.
• Submissions appear on the right-hand side of your order in the Order Details section.
• Click to view submitted content, or download it if it is a file upload.

2. Review the Submission

• Confirm the content matches your campaign brief and deliverables.
• Check quality, brand alignment, and compliance with your guidelines.

3. Approve the Content

• If you’re satisfied, click Accept Submission.
• Payment will automatically be released to the influencer, and the order will close.

4. Request Revisions

• If changes are needed, click Request Revision.
• Provide clear instructions (e.g., adjust captions, change tone, improve product placement).
• Use the built-in chat to share feedback. The influencer can then re-submit updated content.

5. Track Progress

• Monitor the status of your order while revisions are in progress.
• Review new submissions until you are satisfied.

How long do I have to approve content submissions?

You have 72 hours after submission to review and either accept or request changes. If no action is taken, the content is automatically accepted and the order closes.

What happens after I approve and influencer’s content?

Payment is released to the influencer, and the order is marked as complete. You’ll also have the option to leave a review for the influencer.

Will I be notified of revisions as well as first submissions?

Yes. Each time an influencer re-submits revised content, you’ll receive an email notification so you can review the updated submission.
