# Managing Content Submissions & Revisions

Once you’ve placed an order, influencers upload their content submissions directly to Collabstr for your review. As a brand, you can either approve the submission or request revisions if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Payment is only released once you are satisfied with the final deliverables.

## **Reviewing Content Submissions**

When an influencer submits content for your order, you’ll receive an email notification. You have **72 hours** to review the submission and request revisions before it is automatically approved and the order is closed.

### **1. Access Content Submissions**

* Go to your **Orders Dashboard**.
* Select the order you want to review.
* Submissions appear on the right-hand side of your order in the **Order Details** section.
* Click to view submitted content, or download it if it is a file upload.

### **2. Review the Submission**

* Confirm the content matches your campaign brief and deliverables.
* Check quality, brand alignment, and compliance with your guidelines.

### **3. Approve the Content**

* If you’re satisfied, click **Accept Submission**.
* Payment will automatically be released to the influencer, and the order will close.

### **4. Request Revisions**

* If changes are needed, click **Request Revision**.
* Provide clear instructions (e.g., adjust captions, change tone, improve product placement).
* Use the built-in chat to share feedback. The influencer can then re-submit updated content.

### **5. Track Progress**

* Monitor the status of your order while revisions are in progress.
* Review new submissions until you are satisfied.

**How long do I have to approve content submissions?**
You have 72 hours after submission to review and either accept or request changes. If no action is taken, the content is automatically accepted and the order closes.

**What happens after I approve and influencer’s content?**
Payment is released to the influencer, and the order is marked as complete. You’ll also have the option to leave a review for the influencer.

**Will I be notified of revisions as well as first submissions?**
Yes. Each time an influencer re-submits revised content, you’ll receive an email notification so you can review the updated submission.
