Managing Your Account Balance

Your Collabstr account balance is where refunded payments, credits, or adjustments are stored. You can use this balance to pay for future influencer orders, which makes it easy to recycle funds without waiting for bank processing times. All balances are withdrawable from the Collabstr platform.

Highlights

  • Automatic Refund Credits – If an order is canceled or refunded, the amount is returned to your balance immediately.
  • Instant Reuse – Use your balance right away for new orders without re-entering payment details.
  • Partial Payments – If your balance doesn’t cover the full cost, you can combine it with another payment method at checkout.
  • Transaction History – View all credits and debits from your Billing Dashboard.

How Funds Are Added to Your Balance

Your account balance cannot be funded manually. It increases in the following cases:

  • Refunds – When an order is canceled or refunded, the credited amount goes directly into your balance.
  • Adjustments or Credits – If Collabstr support applies a credit to your account, it will appear in your balance.

How to Spend Your Balance

Your balance is automatically applied when placing new influencer orders.

  • At checkout, your balance will be used first toward the order total.
  • If your balance covers the entire cost, no other payment is needed.
  • If your balance is less than the total, the remaining amount will be charged to your selected payment method (e.g., credit card or digital wallet).

How to Withdraw Your Balance

If you prefer to return your balance to your original payment method:

  1. Log in to your brand account and go to Billing.
  2. Review your current balance. If available, a Withdraw Balance option will appear.
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm.
  4. Collabstr will process the withdrawal to your original payment method. Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Note: If your balance comes from multiple payments, funds will be returned to the original payment methods accordingly.
