How Personal Invite Credits Work


Personal invite credits let you hand-pick creators and send them a personalized message inviting them to apply to your campaign. Each plan includes a set number of invite credits per billing cycle.


What counts as using a credit?


Each time you personally invite a creator to your campaign, one credit is used. This includes invites sent from the Explore page or from a creator's profile.


Note: Inviting creators you've already added to your network (your own creators) does not use a credit.


How many credits do I get?


The number of invite credits depends on your subscription plan.

You can see your current allocation and remaining balance on the Campaigns tab under "Personalized Invite Credit."


Need more? Upgrade your plan from the Pricing page to get a higher credit allowance.


When do credits reset?


Your invite credits reset to their full amount at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not rollover — they reset whether you've used them or not.


You can see when your current billing cycle ends next to your credit count on the Campaigns tab.


What happens when I run out?


When you've used all your invite credits for the current billing cycle:


  • You won't be able to send new personal invites until your credits reset
  • Creators can still discover and apply to your active campaigns on their own
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately


Does pausing or canceling my subscription affect my credits?


  • Pausing your subscription sets your invite credits to zero. When you resume, your credits are restored to the full amount for your plan.
  • Canceling your subscription removes all remaining invite credits.
