Posting a campaign on Collabstr allows influencers to apply for your collaboration by submitting their own rates and portfolios. Instead of searching for creators one by one, you can post a campaign brief with requirements like budget, platform, niche, and deliverables.
This approach saves time, helps you attract qualified applicants, and gives you full budget control. Campaigns are also scalable, meaning you can hire multiple influencers from one post. All applications and communications are centralized in your Campaign Dashboard, and payments are protected with escrow until your orders are complete.

How to Post a Campaign
1. Start a New Campaign
- Log in to your brand account.
- From the top navigation, click Campaigns > Post a Campaign.
2. Choose a Platform
- Select one platform for your campaign.
- Each campaign can only be tied to a single platform so results stay focused and relevant.
3. Set Campaign Targeting
Define the type of influencers you want by specifying:
- Number of influencers
- Target niches
- Minimum or maximum follower count
- Location (country or city)
- Gender, age, and ethnicity
- Language
4. Add Campaign Details
The campaign wizard will prompt you to add:
- Campaign name and description
- Specific deliverables (e.g., 1 Instagram Reel, 2 Stories)
- Cover images
- Usage rights
- Campaign deadline
- Example content
- Pre-vetting questions for applicants
- Attachments such as brand guidelines
5. Publish Your Campaign
- Review details and click Post Campaign.
- An account manager will review it within 48 hours. If changes are needed, you’ll be contacted.
- Once approved, your campaign goes live and influencers can begin applying.
6. Review Applications
- You’ll receive email notifications when new influencers apply.
- To view applicants, open your campaign and click View Applicants.
- From here, you can accept, decline, or message applicants.
7. Accept Applications
- Once you accept an applicant, payment is charged and held in escrow until the order is complete.
- Accepted applicants automatically convert into orders, which can be managed in your Orders Dashboard.

- Craft a strong description that explains your brand, mission, product, and target market.

How long does a campaign stay live?
A campaign will remain live until you either close it manually or reach the deadline date you set.
In some cases, campaigns may automatically end if the number of requested influencers has already been filled, and there is no activity from you (such as accepting or declining applicants). To keep your campaign active and continue receiving new applicants, make sure to regularly accept or decline influencers as they apply.
Can I edit my campaign after posting?
Yes. You can edit campaign details anytime from your Campaign Dashboard. Some details like the influencer targeting will not be editable once the campaign is up and running.
Do I need to pay to post a campaign?

How many influencers can apply to one campaign?
There’s no limit. We will drive as many influencers as we can to your campaign.
What if I don’t get enough applicants to my campaign?
You can improve visibility by:
- Refining your description
- Adjusting your budget
- Using the search tool to invite influencers directly
- Improving your targeting
This is something your dedicated account manager will be happy to assist you with.
Can I invite specific influencers to my campaign?
Yes. In addition to waiting for applications, you can browse influencers on Collabstr and invite them to apply directly.
Can I do an affiliate campaign?
While you are welcome to offer affiliate income to influencers as an incentive, you will need to pay a minimum flat fee of $50 to collaborate with influencers via your campaign.
Can I run a product seeding campaign?
While you are welcome to offer influencers free product, you need to pay them a minimum flat fee of $50 to collaborate.
