All payments on Collabstr are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processors. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest standard in payments security), and all transactions are encrypted and tokenized.

When you place an order, your payment is held in escrow. This means funds are never sent directly to the influencer. Instead, they remain secure until you review and approve the content. If the order is canceled or refunded, Stripe processes the refund back to your original payment method or into your Collabstr account balance.
