Understanding the Billing Page

Your billing information on Collabstr is split into two tabs:

Charges: Shows money going in or out of Collabstr (credit card or bank payments, withdrawals).
Order Activity: Shows everything that happens with your orders inside Collabstr.

This separation makes it easier to match Collabstr payments with your bank or credit card statements while also giving you a full view of your order history.

1. Charges Tab

The Charges tab displays every real-money transaction, such as:

Credit card payments
Bank transfers
Balance withdrawals

Each line item in this tab may generate an invoice. These transactions match what appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Legacy payments

Older transactions may appear as Credit Card Charge because they were created before this update.

Newer transactions always display full details, such as Cart Order or Price Modification.

This update went live on August 14, 2025.

2. Order Activity Tab

The Order Activity tab shows activity on the platform only. It does not track any charges to your credit card or other payment methods. Here you can see:

Orders placed
Pending or cancelled orders
Accepted or completed orders

This tab is an activity log. It helps you track the status of your orders over time. Invoices are not available here.

3. How They Work Together

Charges = your financial view. Answers: How much did I spend or withdraw from Collabstr?
Order Activity = your order history. Answers: Which orders did I place, cancel, or complete?

Together, these tabs give you a complete picture of money in/out and what happened with your orders.

Example

If you pay $200 by credit card:

The order is declined, so the $200 is returned to your Collabstr balance.
You use that balance to pay another creator.

In this case:

Charges will show one $200 Credit Card Charge.
Order Activity will show two orders: one cancelled and one completed.

5. Invoices

Invoices are available only in the Charges tab. You can download invoices for:

Credit card charges
Balance top-ups
Balance withdrawals
Cart purchases
Price modifications

The Order Activity tab does not include invoices since it only logs activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I download invoices?

A: Invoices are available in the Charges tab of your billing dashboard.

Q: Why do I see a “Credit Card Charge” instead of an order name?

A: Some older payments were made before this update. These appear as Credit Card Charge. New payments always include full details.

Q: Do cancelled orders show up in Charges tab of my billing dashboard?

A: No. Cancelled orders are listed in Order Activity only. The Charges tab shows only actual money transactions.

Q: If I use my Collabstr balance to pay for an order, will it appear in the Charges tab in the billing dashboard?

A: No. Payments made with balance are logged under Order Activity. Charges will only show the original top-up transaction or withdrawal.
