Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, request a new verification email from the app.

Why am I asked for credit card details if signup is free for content creators?

We collect card details to ensure only serious creators join Collabstr. If a creator violates our terms, such as stealing products or funds from brands, we can recover the costs.

How long does creator profile approval take?

Most profiles are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email once your profile is approved or if more information is needed.

What happens if my creator profile is rejected?

You can still use your Collabstr profile to collaborate with brands by sharing it directly with them. However, your profile will not be listed on the public marketplace.

Why would my creator profile be rejected?

Collabstr maintains high standards for content quality and engagement. Each profile is reviewed individually. If your content quality does not meet our platform standards, or if your engagement is below the baseline for similar accounts, your profile may be rejected from the marketplace.

Can I change my username after signing up?

No, you cannot change your username once you have selected it.
